I’m so thankful I read the reviews from all websites and yelp app; I was served with papers for a debt collection from a payday loan lender and had 20 days to respond. I tried contacting the lawyer listed on the paperwork multiple times but never received an answer. I even went to the office at the listed address, only to find it closed. The paperwork warned that failure to respond within 20 days could result in wage garnishment. In the end, I contacted the lender directly and resolved the issue without the lawyer's involvement. My advice: if you receive paperwork with this lawyer’s name, skip the hassle and deal directly with the company or ensure your original payments are on time.

This have to be the weirdest encounter ever I just got papers in the mail Writ of execution for bail bond and said I was severe with papers and never was and when call said they give it to my roommate… who don’t even live in the same state no more ….i would like whoever else been abused by this Sean P. Hillin let’s do a sue collectively… Email to the courts or let’s find a willing lawyer

I recently started using Sean and Ive been very happy with him. Most in his field have an arrogance that makes you not want to return. But Sean is very easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Sean P. Hillin has been harassing me for years about a collection debt. Though whenever I try to set up a reasonable pay back program or try to pay a large sum of it they refuse and insist on very large weekly payments impossible for anyone who’s paying bills and just living their life. Instead they repeatedly take me to court without ever letting me know and add a bunch of new “court fees” every 6 months or so. They never reach out to me as well and I’m sure they love growing my debt larger instead of actually helping me get rid of it.

I honestly believe Sean is the best. He is always on top of the business I give him. He follows up without me asking him. He’s honest and has a great personality. I will never use anyone else.
