I was referred to him by a coworker who had a parking infraction. My case was a domestic issue in which I was falsely accused. Rather than follow up with various parties that I had mentioned, "Benny" decided to sit on my retainer fees. Upon time to plea or decide to go to trial, I was not counseled. I was not given advice. It was "if you go to trail, it's $2500 more". He never once corresponded with the other party in my case. When that party was adamant about removing a "no contact" order, which would have shown the state that the situation was exaggerated, he dragged his feet and had the nerve to be annoyed at me when I pressed on the situation. I would never recommend him...EVER. I plead "No Contest" to a case that I, in hindsight, probably could have won easily...because I did
