Steven Berglass required I send him $4K by mail for him to represent me in arbitration, which I did. He told me we didn't need to meet in person. He told me he was in contact with attorney Phillip Newbury of Howd & Ludorf, LLC. which Attorney Newbury confirmed, but when it was time for the arbitration that he was suppose to set up, he did not return my calls nor return my $4K. I found him to be dishonest and unethical.
