If I could leave zero I would. Front desk employee with the snot nose has horrible customer service. As you are explaining she will over talk you!!! Went to pay the day prior and she only gave me the receipt and not the paperwork stating its paid. So when you go ask for all paperwork if not she will not give it to you!!!! Thank goodness for the supervisor! Who even asked why she didn't give me the paperwork yesterday.

Went into the office on Tuesday. Because I have a account Where someone skipped bill tried to make payment arrangements was given the name of aurora she states, I must pay half before they even take any payment.Whatsoever..... Not very helpful, didn't give me another alternative.Either their way or no way... don't know if they know, but the government is shut down and people barely have money to eat today.. So me offering two hundred dollars was definitely taking it from somewhere that it was needed to give towards the bill... Never heard of in collection agency refusing to take money, which they state, they are owned 🤔 😳

If this company is trying to garnish your wages FILE BANKRUPTCY and know your rights. Best decision I’ve ever made this company wouldn’t work with me with any payments or anything. So bankruptcy wiped out all of my debt and gave me a fresh start.

Steve, Cindy and Jamie will go to bat for renters. I had an outstanding Collections claim from a landlord trying to replace the entire apartments carpet and blinds and send us the bill without even deducting the repairs from our security deposit (which we were also never given back). If this research hadn't been done by this team, we would’ve ended up with a hefty claim amount to pay off. Thank you for looking more into the details of this claim and advocating for us as renters through a frustrating situation.

Will not accept any settlements or negotiate even on the interest they charge! They charge an interest rate! Do not accept anything from these people they will not settle I offered them half then I offered them 95 percent and allow me to make payments but they still said no. I took my lawyers advice and went back to my former landlord and was able to negotiate the debt down to almost half with no interest, and he even took the debt out of collections leaving these people out of the loop. I asked my former landlord about the interest and he said he doesn’t charge an interest he doesn’t know why they are charging an interest rate on his behalf. My advice to people who owe sentry recover is go back to your former landlord and set up a payment plan in writing these people don’t know how to set
