This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a law firm. I was referred to them by my HOA for mediation, and the staff were incredibly unprofessional. When I made a request, an employee named Pam kept assuming what the HOA would do instead of simply submitting my request and allowing the HOA to respond formally, as I asked. It felt like calling a doctor’s office and having the receptionist diagnose you over the phone and prescribe treatment! She wouldn’t let me explain, then abruptly hung up on me. I followed up by emailing her for the contact information of her manager, but I never received a response. CAN I RATE IT AS -5 STARS? SAVE YOUR TIME AND NEVER GO THERE!!!

The collector will not provide supporting documents for hoa fines. After over 12 months of inquiries, collector charge for late fee and interest in disputed charges. And shifted the collector billing from Southgate hoa to the homeowner.

Our hoa has used them several times for lien and collection services and they've been very helpful and successful with each case. We are very pleased with their services!

Attorneys get a bad rap and these guys are the reason why. Lawyers shouldn't have to lie and make false promises to do their job.

The only priority is their own....
