My company provided technical support and consulting services to this customer, who currently has three unpaid invoices totaling $770, dating back to August 2022. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past few years, these invoices remain unpaid. When contacted in-person recently, the customer responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating they may or may not pay, despite the clear history of services rendered. We value respectful, accountable business relationships and are disappointed by how this was handled.

We went to Chip after we got rear ended by a 15 year old with no license or insurance last year. very disappointed. Was hit by a 23 yr old the first week of January and it is almost May. Nothing has been done and now my good credit is in collections because of it and a lien is in my name. I am at no fault and this should have been at least addressed so the parties would not put me in collections. The paralegal, Linda, talks a big talk but doesn't do much walking.
