Martin Sharit sounded professional on the phone. I gave him all my information to see if I had a case to lower my property taxes. He ghosted me, despite my attempts to follow up. I do not recommend him.
Was gonna drop off paperwork and was calling to make sure he was in the office. Started to explain how my brother spoke to him and he was dismissive and said if your house is worth a million I'll sell it for you otherwise don't call here. You got it buddy I won't call or do business w/you (Why can't you give negative stars)
Occupants moved, no notice or sign on door!
