Worked with Katherine on an FDA project for a chemical manufacturing opportunity. We were unfamiliar with the space, but Katherine provided excellent advice to help us move forward. The whole office was very responsive over the phone and email.

I contacted your office via email for an appointment. After receiving no response for two weeks, I then proceeded to call the office to schedule an appointment. When I called the office, I was told by the receptionist that she would send a message to the lawyer and that someone would reach out to me to schedule an appointment. After no response for 5 days, I called the office again and was scheduled for a 30 min consult. I called in as requested for the 30 min consult and the lawyer was a no-show. I called the receptionist and she informed me that the lawyer was running late and would call me as soon as she was off her call. I waited 28 min before calling back, only to be told that I needed to reschedule. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER.
