Stay away. I will file attorney grievance and upload my receipts because he can't be allowed to treat others the way he treated us. At the very least, he lied to the judge that we owed fees. I not only video recorded entering his office and asking his receptionist to sign for the monthly checks but he cashed those checks. I can't imagine why judge DeStefano would seal my efiled photocopies of canceled checks and permitted lawyer Yang to quit. No rule of law in new york not even Nassau County. Watch your back.
