Jeff represented me on a couple of issues. The major one was a land dispute with my County, who wanted to claim a small private easement as being a full-blown County Road, and they were stubborn and would not listen to reason, despite having no evidence that it ever was dedicated as a CR. It was a complex case, as suing the government always is, Jeff assembled all the pieces we brought together and made a strong case, in which we prevailed. Jeff represented me in my divorce and custody case. *The following is my opinion*: it was the most miserable experience of my life working with this attorney. *I feel* Jeff took a scorch the earth approach and allowed his ego to drive the show. He was reprimanded for directly insulting the judge. *my experience was* His aggressive tactics were so extreme the battle became more about his ego than my family. *Its my opinion*, in this difficult time, you want an attorney who advocates appropriately and who you can trust. *In my experience* Jeff is NOT the guy.
