The absolute worst, unprofessional lawyer (person) to deal with especially in a time a family is dealing with a loss. Very unprofessional and would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They will say that I’m not their client, well, my deceased mother was. Patricia Shevy, was my mothers estate a client?

My family retained the Shevy Law firm when my dad died Sept. 2019. Ms. Shevy had the very simple small estate for 19 months and completed nothing. I paid the bills, had checks reissued, disbursed pmts, contacted the attorney who originally wrote the will and other paperwork that she said she would take care of. Communication was non existent. I received a letter in August 2020 from the IRS stating my dads 2019 taxes had not been submitted they were and I had proof. I contacted her office right away I never got a call back until October 2020 and the papers she needed me to sign were not ready until Nov. 24, 2020. There was any number of excuses home schooling, party for child, funeral. If I would reach a paralegal they would say they couldn’t help me and I would wait weeks/months for a call

We set up a family trust with Shevy Law and couldn't be happier. Patricia is an expert at family law. They are a very busy firm so patience is required. Telephone is the best way to reach them.

I have been trying for at least two weeks to get ahold of Patricia who created my fathers will. He passed. I have left several messages and sent e-mail. She called once in that 2 weeks. I called her back within a minute and was told she wasn’t available. I told the secretary that I’m getting pretty ticked off yesterday. Still no call.
