Eileen and her team had my review taken down. All her other reviews are from her friends/colleagues. My previous review - Ms. Shuman was appointed to my case in April 2021 as a GAL for my alienated children and showcased a constant lack of attention to the case and my children despite my constant outreach. I sent her 62 emails, and 50 were never responded to. We had four Zoom calls scheduled, but she no-showed two and got off another after a minute as she was "putting together new furniture in her office". I went 6 (six) months without a single communication from her other than a text after I texted her. It took Eileen more than a year to make a recommendation, which came 30 minutes before mediation. She never spoke to any of my 10-12 character witnesses and only included a few in her re
