On September 7, 2015 our lives were dramatically changed when our family walked into our home after being on vacation to find 3-5 inches of water throughout a 5 bedroom single story home. To give perspective the water lines were present on the outside of our home because for roughly 48++ hours the house was submerged with water pouring from a clean fill line of a toilet. The fitting that secures the line from the toilet to the wall had apparently cracked allowing thousands of gallons of water to fill our home. Devastating is an understatement... the home was by all intent and purpose uninhabitable. We had what we thought was "good insurance" without a claim to be had previously. Our "good" insurance stopped speaking to us within 3 weeks. We were left paying hotel bills, paying for 3 me
