I initially reached out to this firm for a consultation regarding potential investigative work. The first conversation seemed fine, and I was considering moving forward with hiring them. When I called back to discuss moving forward, Ron immediately became rude and dismissive. He abruptly stated that he “only gives one free consultation” in a very hostile tone, even though I was calling because I was interested in actually hiring them. When I questioned the attitude and explained that I was trying to move forward with business, the conversation escalated unnecessarily and Ron ultimately hung up on me. Don is the man for selling a service that doesn't hold up to promises. He had a warm, charismatic personality and I signed on for an investigation. When payment was made, I was immediately transferred to someone who was abrupt, yes/no answers, provided me a generic print out of the individual such as address, age, (nothing new learned or slightly groundbreaking), and then took 3 months for her find time to do surveillance, only for her to go the day I didn't request after she confirmed she would make the day I requested.
