I hired Silverman to handle my sister’s final appeal. He only raised three out of the five claims that were supposed to be included, saying he had good reason to leave the others out. When I pressed him for an explanation and asked for it in writing, he changed his story and said that “upon closer examination,” he would include them which he eventually did.
