I’d like to thank Attorney Silverman for representing me in an important and very difficult matter. She remained on top of every single issue, and this allowed me the peace of mind in knowing that nothing would fall through the cracks. I didn’t need to try to figure everything out, so I could put my energy into processing the huge life change. She was very methodical and meticulous, and I put my complete faith in her. Called to see if I could find an attorney to help with some property tax issues for my grandmother. The girl who answered the phone said they did not help with those issues and told me to go online to find someone. In the middle of me explaining I have done that and have been having trouble finding a lawyer to help and since I am not from the area wanted to see if she knew of anyone that could help she told me to “have a good day” and hung up. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning that a law firm would hire/allow someone like this to work for them. The receptionist or paralegal (whoever she was) is the face of the firm and should not be acting this way. I wouldn’t suggest this firm based on her actions alone.
