By far the worst experience I've ever had with dealing with an Attorney. This Attorney and his legal assistant has a lack of urgency, lack of care or concern, lacks communication and was very insufficient with handling our case. All lies..We were told our case would be settled by the end of March. When I called the Insurance company 5 months later they had no record of a representing Attorney. We were given so much inconsistent information from this so called Attorney....ALL LIES we reported him to the state bar AND of course fired him. Highly disappointed in the lack of effort and interest in our case....run away

I use Attorney Sims on my case and the firm was professional and reasonable, they contacted me when documents were due, and i never had to call and check on the case. I recommend anyone with any law issues to contact them.

Attorney sims has been diligent and successful throughout the years. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for this man.

Terrible!!!! He didnt do anything he said in the 2 years he was representing. He lied about everything and now my case has passed its statue of limitations and I am left to pay out the medical bills out of pocket.

This attorney never calls back. The receptionist says the same thing with every call. Is he dead? Is he still practicing law? I guess we will never know
