After a negative experience with another law firm, working with Elise Singer was a breath of fresh air. She took my case on short notice and represented me during a full-day hearing. With prior counsel, I constantly felt the need to repeat and explain myself just to feel understood. With Elise, I only had to state my position once—she immediately grasped my concerns and effectively conveyed them to the court. I was referred to Elise from a close friend who was on the opposite side of his divorce proceedings. When I discussed that I am getting divorced his words were " You need to use this lady. She represented my ex when I got divorced and she does not play." After that referral, Singer Family Law represented me initially in 2014 for my divorce. Over the years my former spouse became very vindictive. She started filing multiple lawsuits against me because her first lawsuit for modification was not successful in May of 2022. Since the court's decision in my favor in 2022 there have been multiple frivolous lawsuits and baseless allegations to drain me and my family of our resources. After numerous court appearances and batting a 1000% with the courts we are finally starting to see the wheel

Five star experience for sure. Having had a bad experience in the past with an attorney I took the time to interview several attorneys and chose Elise. I am so glad I did this and grateful for the support and legal counsel she provided. Very professional, thorough and tough. I hear of so many led on costly wild goose chases. Not my experience with Elise. Don't get me wrong, divorce is costly but if you are going to go this route you want someone that will counsel you in layman's terms on your rights according to the law and support you through the process. Elise and her staff were very nice to work with.

This Law firm took wonderful care of me during a very difficult time in my life.The staff was always welcoming with smiles. My appointment time, and wait time, was barely a few minutes apart~hardly could pick up a magazine. My situation was a bit complicated, even confusing to me. Elise listens, takes it in, she gets it. Elise always kept it crystal clear the different paths I could take, and gently guided me through the safest routes. If you're lucky enough to meet Brittany, then you ARE fortunate. She is knowledgeable, hard-working, and kind. Elise and Brittany work beautifully together. All in all, after the dust settled, I couldn't have been any happier with the outcome of my divorce.
