**Caution** My experience was most terrible. Very upset that he was a very shady lawyer. I was trying to obtain records from another state. He change many times about the pricing of services. We then came to an agreement that if he would find out which of the two I needed I would be more then happy to pay amount in full. But, I wasn't going to pay for the two of the services. He never did anything to help me and then began rude because, I had not made a payment for something he never tried to see if it would work in the other state. He just wanted the money. Which surprised me very much. He was very rude and I have worked with many lawyers. I was not impressed and many people have said the same thing about Mr.Ross.
