For a company that has had its stuff together for years, I was very surprised to have extremly unpleasant interactions with an agent and her assistant. Between zero communication, constant delays, and then finally being screamed at, this experience was wildly unprofessional. We found another title company that is much much much easier to work with and they present solutions instead of just screaming and yelling that there's issues. The lady literally screamed at us, you could hear it in another room while I was on a phone call. I'm sure you can probably have a decent closing here but there's also a chance an angry overworked woman will scream at you and make life much harder than it needs to be. Why bother? Go somewhere else. The title company we switched to closed our cash deal in 3 days
