I have been buying and selling properties in South Florida since 1986. By far, this has been the worse office to deal with. The owner works remotely and he is not in the office. He cannot be reached by phone since the office does not forward the call (if they do you'll get a voice mail). Email is the only communication. Emails go days unanswered. Very painful experience which I will surely never repeat.
