I’m so glad I switched from H&R Block to SnapBack! The transition was smooth thanks to our tax pro Maria at the Fredericksburg location I would highly recommend! The entire process was super fast and Maria made it comfortable for my 2 year old providing plenty of snacks and water and lots of space for her to run around. I will definitely be back next year excellent customer service!

Theresa was very nice and helpful. We were able to walk in and she greeted us very warmly and was able to assist us on the spot. I have done my taxes with snapback taxes for three years now and this year was a little frustrating because it took longer than usual from the worst box location but then I called Fredericksburg location and Miss Maria Torres really got the ball going answered all my questions was very professional very sweet and helped me out. I really do recommend snap back taxes definitely with Ms. Maria Torres. Excellent customer service very communicative. Just overall made my experience even better thank you, Miss Maria.
