Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional!! You are unable to leave a voicemail and have to keep calling and calling. Attempted to call to set up arrangements on a medical bill. They did not have the information and because I didn't call back when they wanted me to call back then I get a GARNISHMENT on my wages! Told me you need to keep calling. No one can keep calling and being put on hold to not get answered. Thought: who doesn't have a voicemail these days if you claim to be professional!1 I tried MULTIPLE times today to reach them. I have a job as well and can't keep leaving my desk to make calls. In order to get rid of this garnishment I have to pay the total in FULL. I attempted to contact this office. Very bad place to rent, I've been living in one of their houses for two years and you won't believe me, in less than a year my stove broke, I reported it, they took it and never gave me another one back, I was a week without cooking and since there was no response I had to buy one with my own money, another if you have an emergency for them it is not an emergency they do not help you, in reality I just moved and wow I got a bill at my new house for 4000 dollars that I have to pay for damages and repairs 🤷‍♂️ Did they want me to leave the house like new or are they going to remodel it with my money? not to mention that I have proof that they almost kicked me out of the house

The most outrageous debt collector. Said I could drop cash or check at a door. Doesn’t even have online payment options 😭😐

The lawyer at the Hampton general district court lied to me in my face. He stated that they would give me 30 days from the court date to get caught up on my rent. Now I have received an eviction notice 20 days after the court hearing. These lawyers will lie to you in your face. Ask to have your case heard before the judge. Don't trust these people.

Incredibly shady debt collector lawyers without even a personal company website. Repeated refused to send email notifications or receipts, refused paper receipts unless you harass them or go in person (and seem really offended that you ask), claimed I could set up a payment plan then denied it, and generally unresponsive unless you show up in person. What modern company can't send you email notifications or receipts? Simply awful.
