I did online intake on June 29, 2025 they never called me, as promised. On July 10th, when I called them, they put me on hold then said they would call me back, but didn't, so I called back a second time only to be told I was a conflict. No explanation and I don't believe it. Could have saved me valuable time hoping for help that is not coming. Either they are inept or dishonest. Not sure which is worse. Funny thing is they appear to be federally and state funded. That's how our taxes work. So disgusted with the whole experience. I had hoped for help.

Extremely disappointed! Attorney Whelan didn't return calls after initial phone tag. I called 8 times trying arrange services for a divorce matter. I was clear that I needed assistance and that it was a time sensitive matter. I missed 2 callbacks and continued to try to establish contact with no reciprocal effort from the Attorney. I wasted the better part of 2 weeks and now have less time and still no legal representation. DO BETTER, you're supposed to be helping people!!!

Website specifically says they offer help with housing or housing instability. Says they have grant programs to help with housing in another section also under housing help. I call the number they have listed and they tell me they don't offer those services. Then why do you advertise it on your website?False advertising and very misleading. No help for elderly citizens anywhere in Massachusetts.

They call you back quickly and they are very knowledgeable, they were really fast at giving a referral.

They can't help tenants who are being terrorized, only the slum Lord landlords! I'm being stalked and harassed in my own apartment. He has his girlfriends kids come over and run, stomp and follow me wherever I go and stomp. 26 hours it went on last weekend, Friday to Sunday, up at 4 and 5 am stomping! I have CANCER, LUPUS, FIBRO AND HAD A MVA THAT REQUIRED 12 HOURS of surgery. The stress makes my conditions worse, to the point I can't walk. But I go to work, I can only work 18 hours a week because I'm on disability. But nobody can help me. Any pro Bono lawyers out there reading this? I wanna sue the rental company.
