My wife and I worked with Thad Ortman to create a robust estate plan. We spoke with three different attorneys and Thad was the most prepared. He gave us a nice one page document that contained a high level overview of wills, power of attorney and trusts. Thad is very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. He is very personable and gave us great advice. We were impressed with the professional three ring binder the law firm gave us after we had signed all the paperwork. They gave us exceptional service and communication for a very reasonable price compared with other firms we spoke with. We would definitely work with Thad again in the future.

My husband and I went for estate planning advice. The attorney Thad Ortman met with us and was very personable and knowledgeable. We were to email him if we wanted beneficiaries added to a property deed. We emailed the deed to him as instructed on 6/24/24 and followed up with emails and a few calls to the office. We didn’t even receive an acknowledgment email. Finally the end of July we called and said to forget it, we will go with someone else. I don’t understand a law firm doing business like this. We had such a positive experience at our first meeting. I’ve worked for many law firms in my career and this is not a way to treat people.
