I waited several weeks to obtain a phone appointment with one of the organization’s attorneys. During that consultation, the attorney informed me that my case would be referred to another lawyer and that I would receive a packet within two weeks. This representation created a reasonable expectation that my matter was being actively handled. However, a month passed with no communication or documentation received. I contacted the office on Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM to inquire about the status of my case. The representative who refused to give me her name was unable to provide any substantive information beyond stating that my case was “still pending.” When I asked for a timeline, clarification of the process, or to speak with a supervisor, she was unable to respond

Extremely rude staff member who had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on.. looks like I’ll be there to speak to management first thing in the morning

Contacted them for a landlord tenant dispute regarding a significant rent increase and unreasonable lease. Our case was assigned to attorney Jacqueline she was very nice and seemed knowledgeable she answered questions about the lease that we had and advised us to write an letter and mail it with the rent contesting the rent increase. She explained all details to us of which could happen and said just to be sure we had the money shall the landlord decide to take us to court and we didn’t win. We followed her advice then she went out the office and it was then managing attorney Chris Benson at minimum filled in, if not took over the case. I talked to a lawyer through them and was advised to set up a payment plan with a creditor to avoid court which I agreed to. The last I heard they were going to negotiate the plan on my behalf. The attorney I spoke to seemed like a nice guy and sent me some forms to sign online to begin negotiations. This was on April 11th and I haven't heard a thing since. My court date is May 2. Despite emails and calls asking for an update I have received zero response and am now still headed to court since I can't get an answer. Total waste of time.
