0★!!! Worst attitude. Worst bedstide manners. Kept repeating the same thing over and over instead of just advising or trying to be compassionate. Lawyers. Egos. Money. Never have i ever been so blatantly disregarded. Talked AT not TO! If you had good experiences, you are lucky because im in a very messy situation and i was trying to just go in one direction rather than hit every point and they still kept repeating the same thing. "Unfortunately we can not assist." I GOT it after the 10TH time you said it. Now are you going to just answer my question about different avenues and approaches we can take to make it less messy??? Please make sure they can help you cause all they want is your money he sold me out he really hurt me had me doing time for something I didn’t do or knew anything about it he didn’t help me in no way I really feel like he sold me out to help someone else Ike spares should be somebody last choice cause he is really no good right now and money hungry…, save yourself and find someone better..!!!!

Operator had a terrible attitude. I understood that she needed to redirect my call, but all I did was ask why. It was out of genuine curiosity of how the system works. I question any process I encounter. That’s natural for me. She became irate and impatient and raised her voice at me.
