If you need any type of legal help when it comes to family court WILLIAM JONES is NOT the person for you. Unless you like repeating your self over and over again to what your case is about. He didn’t do ANYTHING for me or my case. Nothing but wasted time and energy. I literally told him my concerns with my situation and my daughter’s dad, listed them out to him. He acted like he understood but whenever we got in front of the mediator my ex’s attorney did all the talking while any time I tried to speak up on things that weren’t factual, I was ignored, pushed to the side and basically not taken seriously. Dezi Grimes is so rude and shows no empathy over the phone. Also, the attorneys here really don't want to work. Stay away from Ebony Cavalier, she finds ways to victim shame you and then abandon you during the hearing-def won't fight for you.

Desi Grimes is not only unprofessional but lacks the motivation to do her job. She was dismissive and insensitive, clearly not trained to handle people with respect. She not only did not listen to what the case was about, she attempted to bully and speak over us. That was not it, she even hung up on us in the middle of talking. I would not want anyone to go through the experience we just went through with her.

Similar experience to those reported here dealing with Desi Grimes and the lack of professionalism and downright rude and aggressive attitude I experienced with her.

From reading the reviews I could as well given a 1 ⭐️ instead of a 5 ⭐️. But I’d like to highlight Attorney Lykisha Vaughn, all though she wasn’t my direct attorney whenever I had a problem or needed information she was there. From the day I met her she was compassionate, she listened and polite. I wish there were more attorneys in the office like her. This 5 ⭐️ goes out to Attorney Lykisha Vaughn only! Sometimes we look over the 1 good person and instead talk about the bad experience. I’m here because of the 1 person that I received a good experience from.
