This firm had really poor communication both with me and my lender for a refinance. Not only that, but they missed town taxes in their title search which resulted in the town sending me a bill about 2 months after my refinance for hundreds of dollars that were supposed to be included in my closing costs. When my lender tried to contact them regarding this, they ignored her until she finally drove to their office. If you want a firm to communicate with you or do the work properly, this is not the firm to choose.
