Fraudster I was referred to him for immigration services from someone who I trust and when it was time to to hire him for services he would call every few minutes the first day to give me confidence after giving him my money he has not answered any of my calls or emails at all I then went to the office to see him in person and was told he’s not there by the assistant and she quickly tried to hurry me away even though I was frustrated and wanted a refund for the lack of response I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business they will take your money and you will not hear back from them , SCAMMERS

When it comes on to immigration questions and assistance, it’s well communicated and Denise is top tier , they pay attention to emails and stay on top of your documents, they are very detailed

Very unprofessional, dont know how to speak to clients, dont follow up and when you complain his assistant Denise saying "oh you know that's how David speak to me". I told her I cant be referring people to him and that's the report. Her response was "well don't refer people to us. Customer service is lacking in that office. They speak to you like you're begging them and they're doing you a favour. They dont realize they're dealing with adults and not kids. All that matters to them that they collect the money but to update the client that's a no no to them. It wouldnt be hard to take up the phone and say hey I know i told you it will happen in 3 months but to date we haven't receive a response instead of giving client attitude when they call to follow up. Disrespectful and unprofessional
