I contracted with Stan Beutler to complete a QDRO in California. He provided me with all the documents and detailed instructions to get the courts approval and file with the third party administrator. The entire process took six months to complete from contacting Mr. Stan to receiving the disposition from PERS. This had been hanging over me for 24 years and now it is resolved. If I could give a zero I would! Stan gave me such high hopes about helping me and the price was in my budget. I gave him everything he asked for and he dropped me like a hot potato with no reasons! He didn’t even give me a referral; no explanation. I’m wondering if when he heard my voice on the phone, he doesn’t want to help a black woman. I’m reporting him to the Utah bar association for misconduct. My son is a lawyer and he knows how to guide me through this situation. Unfortunately he doesn’t do QDROs.

I whole heartly recommend Attorney Stan Beutler! I was so nervous completing the QDRO, I kept putting it off, but he made the process so simple!
