Just called to provide information and the woman on the phone was seriously unprofessional and rude. Kept saying if your not the witness or victim I can't send you to someone. It got to a point I had to hang up. They wonder why people do not report things. So I will be reaching out to other departments and also will be making sure that the person on the phone gets retrained because in today's climate it is absolutely necessary to keep it professional when someone is calling to help the State. She could have simply took the information and gave it to who should get the information but no instead persisted with the unprofessional behavior.

If you want to commit a felony and get away with it, brevard county is the place to be! Lazy SA dropped my buddy's class 1 felony case (seemingly because he didn't want to mess with it, a cut and dry case). But happy for my felon bud that he got a lazy SA!

They blow up both my emails with reminders about Online Dispute Resolution, but when the plaintiff fails to respond to my offer, they don't send me a single e-mail about the follow-up pre-trial hearing? What's the point of disclosing your e-mail address specifically for court date notifications and reminders if you're not told until *after* the court date? I can't believe this monument to incompetency is funded by the same working class that they actively suppress. What a world.

I had quite a great experience. I was trying to file for a divorce in 2021.walking blind. Had to read and learn. Mary was a help also. All the women there were nothing but helpful and kind. Even though our court system with covid so much change and still they helped me. Could not give legal advice yet helped me with paperwork. It's must be a hard job for them. Alot of paperwork. Yet proud of all of them. Thank you all for your help and professionalism. Thank you again.

I don't know who actually works here. We cannot get anything done. The county keep punting down the line and there is absolutely no help. phone lines ring and ring. if you get someone, they just say they cant help. So unprofessional. Clerks office was not help. "I can't help you with that". "Call the assigned attorney". Tried that. No response. Left messages. No answer State attorneys office - "I can't help you" almost 6 months without anything from them. When I was given a name, they were gone. "Sorry. We can't help you". so this morning I call again. I get a woman who was irritable, interruptive and made me give her the name, spell it 3 times, because she was irritated "MAAAAM" she kept saying when I would start to talk. gave me another useless number. I wish I could give
