State Attorney

I don't know if their fault or the laws fault. But if you are a vitcim, maybe go to another county. They have no real interest in justice. The judges are outrageous to people who harm others and children. Attorneys will tell you to do something that risks your safety and the cases outcome and then quickly sign a plea that delivers no justice to the anyone; the victims or the defendant. Our system is so flawed it's abhorrent.

Whoever the receptionist is at the state attorneys office is VERY rude and unprofessional. She never has any information regarding your case and cannot tell you who to contact in order to find out. This office is horrible and sincerely needs a new front desk associate who has some customer service skills

If you are a Victim of a crime, do not look for help from this office. They were also contacting the wrong number. They are going to be responsible for someone getting seriously injured. They do not take their job serious and give you a bunch of immature excuses.

If you are a victim in a crime you will receive no help or services that are offered, you won't get calls back or voicemails returned, you will get the run around and told information that is not valid, the Victims Advocate is a complete joke and waste of time and $. Hire your own Attorney is your best bed

State Attorney's office refused to give me ANY information regarding my "case".... The constitution hasn't been upheld by a single officer or the courts in Flagler. They believe they're above the law. I intend to prove otherwise.
