Failed to bring up conflict of interest between judge and defendant's attorney, who used to work for the prosecutor's office, and so did the judge on the case. They were both working in the prosecutor's office 2 years ago and the judge committed judicial misconduct doing a favor for her friend because Josh never brought up the conflict of interest. Now the case is 2 months behind because a warrant was not issued when it should have been by this corrupt judicial official. The state's attorney's office has stood by all illegal actions in the courtroom and denied me my Marsy's rights provided by law. I have active complaints into the board against this judge and it's all on record the judicial misconduct has been committed and proven. The state's attorney's office stands by illegal and corrup
I'm guessing my charges were too much work. Instead of issuing consequences when they are young, we will just incarcerate for stronger crimes at the tax payers cost later in life. I will pay for this person's crimes against myself and others over and over. Thanks for being lazy, Birch.
Consummate professionals doing an impossible job.
Since posting a review here, at least 3 more windows have been broken. I have reached out to ask for my charges to be looked at again. My neighborhood lives in fear but Birch thinks boys will be boys. Too bad they will never grow to be contributing members of the community.
Brought evidence of a class a misdemeanor committed by medical professionals intentionally releasing private medical information to unauthorized recipients. They refuse to take the information and said they can only take information from the police. Stated the police said it was outside their jurisdiction and that it was a federal complaint yet it is North Dakota Century code statute. Saying that they can only take complaints from police is not true. The states attorney's office can take complaints from anyone. Doesn't mean they have to do anything about it but they can take complaints when provided.
