Still haven’t recieved my restitution from two years ago. They called in July and said I would be getting the check by mail in 7 business days, it’s been 6 months and still no check. Every time I call they tell me i’ve called the wrong person and transfer me, who then says i’ve called the wrong person and they transfer me. so on and so forth. I’ve tried contacting every person available. If it weren’t so much money or so many items lost from the boys that did this to my daughter and I then I would forget about it. Edit: it’s a year later, still haven’t recieved and i can’t even get anybody to answer my calls or emails anymore.

Just like reviews below, victims don’t matter they disregard and dismiss anything that doesn’t fit their narrative. Typical democratic county that doesn’t care about anyone but the bottom line and what makes them look good.

They have been extremely helpful to me in offering victim services and answering any questions I have at any time. Love the history and remembrances to many people hanging all around the lobby of many different people. I just posted one special to me.

I was a “victim” and they completely disregarded all of my thoughts, opinions, and decisions. I was told “it was our decision to make not yours”. I could never get ahold of anyone handling my case and the only time I did was when I called everyday for a week straight and the receptionist realized I kept calling over and over and went and found someone who was on my case. But proceeded to tell the judge that they kept in contact with me when they really didn’t . I was sitting right behind them in the courtroom and they didn’t even know while they were sitting there telling the judge I didn’t want to come. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Mr.Holtz and Hannah.
