Steph great and easy to work with. I like to ask a lot of questions and go through all possible options. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and helped me consider all options and possible impacts. I worked with Steph primarily towards the end of my divorce and communication was always clear. My divorce case ended up going my way which obviously improved the experience and has brought a lot of closure and happiness to my son and I. Overall, Steph is a great attorney and I am grateful for her work on my case.

Stephanie was fantastic! She was attentive and was available at every turn to answer questions. Going through a divorce is difficult, and Ms. Falk was a true steward through the trials and tribulations.

I am dumbfounded by the unethical behavior and lack of professionalism. Falk endangered my brothers and sisters by placing them back into the house of their abuser because she found him to be “charming”. She was paid to be an advocate for the children but instead she advocated for the man who bought her pizza and smooth-talked her before meeting with the children. Her preconceptions lead to extreme bias at the expense of the abused and voiceless. She did not bring up the evidence of the children’s abuse and neglect that was submitted to her copious amount of times throughout the multiple trials. She is complicit in any of the abuse that now happens or will happen to my siblings in that man’s custody. The negligence is shocking and should discourage anyone considering hiring her.

I’ll just say this,, after I hired her for my divorce she did nothing I mean absolutely nothing for 8 months! Don’t waste your time and money

I would give her zero stars. She is the worst attorney I have ever met. Unprofessional and extremely disorganized.
