If I could give 10 stars I would! I can’t say enough good things about Mr. DeLaroche. My case was a complex family law matter, and from start to finish he made me feel supported and truly advocated for. He even went out of his way to personally supervise a visit to help ensure safety for my daughter, something that is extremely atypical for an attorney to do. That level of dedication was unheard of! He took more than ample time to fully understand my case inside and out so we could walk into court confident and strategic. Mr. DeLaroche secured an outcome of sole parental responsibility and limited supervised visitation, which was not easy to do. Steve was excellent, compassionate, and very patient with me and my case. He was very good at explaining things to me where I was prepared for every step of the case including the surprise twists and turns. He understood my fears, needs, and wants, while being able to convey them to the court in a manor I never could. Debbie was very thorough with keeping all my calls and emails in order and kept me very well informed at all times. I would highly recommend Steve and Debbie and if I ever find the need to return to family court he will be my first phone call.

Clearly does not know family law at all. Go back to school. I dismissed my ex’s child support in another state. This man thought I dismissed the parenting plan too. Refused to believe me- didn’t look up that state’s laws. Do parenting plan’s prosecute? No. He also doesn’t return calls or emails & treats you like you are stupid. If this has happen to you? Report this little person to the Florida Bar Association for Malpractice- he say’s he used to be a judge… hahaha .. a disbarred judge. You better have my money Steven Delaroche

You will not find a better attorney in Daytona Beach. If you want to win your battle, want someone that goes incredibly above and beyond, want an attorney that defends your legal back when your world has been shattered, look no further. In one instance, during a hearing, our judge even said they wished more attorneys were like him! I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, Mr deLaroche will be my first call.
