What might be technically legal does not make the action moral. When John Stinson manipulates the system to charge over $2,800 to collect less than $200 in HOA fees from a single mother of two small children while taking care of her elderly mother... a financial profit for him of over 1,000% it is more than wrong, it is just plain evil.
To say the record keeping is shoddy would be an understatement. Based on personal experience in one case, definitely do not recommend.
He was extremely rude and refuses to talk nicely, called me only to hang up and leave a voice mail to not contact him again. Have any questions? Look elsewhere.
Spoke to him on the phone and he gave me less than 2 minutes of his time. Was extremely rude and condescending. Look for legal advice elsewhere.
