this company sucks. They do not answer their phone. I am trying to get a debt paid and you can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I started trying to call at 10 AM on Tuesday morning and it is now 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I still on four calls can’t get anybody to answer the phone. This is a sick way to do business

Brie is a great lady who worked to figure out a good payment plan for me and patiently helped me through the process because of a car wreck I had when my insurance lapsed. I appreciate her professionalism and great character I don’t mind the payments at all she made it affordable for me monthly. If you’re nice to these people and explain your money situation and what you can pay they are nice back to you.

After checking my credit report I noticed that there was a collection added from this company in Feb 2023. At first I didn’t know what this was in regards to but after researching my documents I realized that this collection came from CS Credit Union for a vehicle that I had refinanced through them in June 2022. My daughter had an accident in my vehicle a 2018 Honda Accord Sport & it was deemed a total loss. After reaching out to my insurance company (State farm) I learned that I didn’t have full coverage on the vehicle due to my driving record. I then reached out to my lender CS credit union to try & see if a “forced policy” was placed on my vehicle due to only having liability. The loan officer stated that there was no coverage on their end & I was basically stuck with a wrecked vehicle.

They sent me a letter in the mail stating I owed $5,800 for a car accident my mother had in my car. They were not willing to work with us in lowering the down payment. They wanted $2,500, which my family cannot come up with in a months time. So both my license and my mothers were suspended. The car accident occurred 7 months before we even got notice of the fact that we owed any money. They do not pick up the phone when one calls to try to pay off the balance. They are rude and will not let my mother or I speak when we call.

Abbygil Lucero is one the worst customer service person ever . VERY RUDE! VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Always wanna talk over you. I don’t understand why she still have a job with that attitude. If she would take the time to hear a customer out than maybe things could get handle n a better fashion way . She needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!
