James “Mac” Stuckey is the most unethical, unprofessional, and self-serving attorney I’ve ever encountered. He completely failed in his fiduciary duty, acted against the best interests of the family he was supposed to serve, and instead aligned himself with individuals who had no legal right to my grandmother’s trust. Because of his actions, my family has been forced into expensive, unnecessary legal battles, while he profits from our pain. He has shown zero integrity, zero compassion, and zero accountability. If you value honesty, ethics, and justice, do not hire Mac Stuckey. In my opinion, he should no longer be allowed to practice law, and we are pursuing the matter with the bar association.

I can't say enough good things about the good hearted people that work in this office. They were quick, friendly, affordable, and efficient in helping my mother and I prepare our wills. Highly recommend!
