I made my first settlement payment on February 14, and despite multiple follow-ups, my eBay account has still not been reactivated. They completely stopped responding to my emails after I paid, ignoring more than five follow-ups. Meanwhile, eBay continues charging me daily fees for listings I do not even have, and they confirmed that they will only refund me once my account is reinstated—which has not happened because Sullivan & Carter LLP are not doing their part. If you are in a similar situation, DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING unless they confirm in writing that your account will be reactivated immediately upon payment.
