Awful I mailed Juan the documents. 2 weeks later I'm still calling him with no response. I finally reach Juan, and he claims he never received the paperwork. Then: "Oh, here it is. I didn't see it." Then he makes it like I'm the problem for getting frustrated. After all he wasn't responsible right? Because he didn't see it. Ugh
