Sykes Jr William I

I had Mr. Sykes as a public defender. Was brought into court on one thing and was railroaded into pleading quilty to charges where Ihad proof of innocent. D.A. did not care! Mr. Sykes was and still is willing to help me where the truth is needed. Unfortunatley Mr. Sykes did not hear the D A. threaten me, Im sure he would have stepped in because hall county DA does not play by the rules. I deserved a trial for I WAS not quilty and Mr. Sykes would have taken care of the misjustice if he had heard how I was threatend by DA. Mr. Sykes is willing to still stand in my corner for justice. Thank you sir!

This guy is the WORST LAWYER. I had an easily winnable DUI case and not only did he advise me to take a deal he didn't tell me that the deal included a max fine along with community service. I didn't learn of these things until we were in front of the judge. He was my public defender and he showed no motivation to help me at all. I would've been better defending myself. HORRIBLE LAWYER WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS!!!!
