I truly wished that I could have gotten past the poor customer service over the phone with the receptionist. I'm not a real estate expert (which was why is was calling) and needed guidance and assistance for a closing on a property. The receptionist was not helpful and quite frankly a real deterrent from me to even think about giving Mr. Tatum my business.

He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did the paperwork on my townhouse closing and there were not any problems. I will definitely use his services in the future.

I just needed a notary's signature while downtown one day, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, + everyone was taking mask-wearing seriously. So grateful, thanks!

For some reason I could not reach him , I don't know if his number has changed but I certainly would like to talk to him .
