Van Lindberg is one of the best attorneys I've ever worked with. He has counselled my companies in various matters — including the creation and ushering through the consortium approval process of a new open source license, successful refutation of IP claims, and opinions and policy guidance on licensing and business strategy. He is humble where he is not the expert and he gives recommendations and introductions to others who are experts. He thinks beyond what is asked for to provide what is needed. He is careful and tactful to ensure warm and solid working relationships where candid discussions and even arguments can take place — all of which strengthen strategies and legal understanding. It is a pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend him.

This company has tried to take funds from my card 9 times in the past 24 hrs ranging from $30 to $307. I live in Barbados. I have never heard of or tried to do business with this company. I have to wonder if his is even a real company or just in the business of trying to take money from people who already don't have.Shame.

Terrible follow through by their litigation team. I am looking for another law firm to handle my Legal matters. Good on IP work , however my company requires a complete law firm and Taylor English is not it.

One star is way too many! Terrible service, nobody here is capable of just being nice. They treat you very rudely, like you're trying to borrow money or their car. They're not outright mean, but they're very short, curt and brusque; they're impatient with you. Like you're wasting their time because you're not physically standing in front of them with a big check in your hand. Very pompous and holier than thou attitude from everyone I met here. Nine separate phone calls, only two of which ended up in a returned call. I am the owner of 3 separate corporate entities; they're not the largest businesses in the world, but certainly important to me, my family and employees!
