Taylor Law Office

We recently purchased a home and the paperwork involved was all processed through Taylor Law Office. We were just a few days away from waiting when we were told by our mortgage company that this law office was late sending in the title search needed to complete the process. I had to call them and get them moving on the search in order to get my home. It was the final day before this information was forwarded to the mortgage company. On the day of signing my husband was told to return to their office in two weeks to pick up part of the documents. Approximately a week after signing we received a message from them stating they had the rest of our house keys ready for pick up. I was uneasy about closing our 1st home but the staff at Taylor Law made it a smooth process, they seemed to be going through a staffing transition while we worked with them, which was even more impressive to me how my family and I were attended too. Me and my husband first had a closing scheduled in this office 10/16. I have worked as a paralegal at a real estate office and I've never seen such disorganization or so little communication. We were two weeks out from out closing and our lender told us we couldn't close without the title work. They tried calling and emailing the office for two weeks. Emails weren't returned, phone calls were ignored. Our agent even emailed and called. She was told they were working on the title. She was also told the attorney would get in touch and they never did.
