Liars, liars, liars...that about sums it up. Oh, did I mention their compulsively pathological need to deceive? I've never dealt with a business in which every single employee I ever spoke with lied to me constantly...claiming to have faxed documents they never did, then lying about claiming they had ever said they'd fax them in the first place, intentionally misleading me about the circumstances surrounding their overcharging me several hundred dollars and then misdirecting my attempts to determine exactly how the overcharging had happened in the first place, and finally lying about the eventual reimbursement - telling me it was processed and on its way when in fact it wasn't! They do not answer the phone at any of the numbers. One of the voicemail is full and no one answers but there is suppose to be representatives there until 6:30 eastern time. No one calls back either. Numerous messages left.

If I could rate 0 stars I would for starters it took me 3 phone calls to get anyone on the phone other then the receptionist who only transfers you to a different department... when you do finally get someone on the phone all they do is repeat nonsense statements and they try and cheat you out of every little thing they possible can... they take advantage of people old and young and are never kind while on the phone.Very very poor business

when u try to pay they do not answer the phone in collection tried 2 days now great way to run a business!
