Was connected with a representative, Kenya, told me I’d receive an email the next morning, nothing came. I contacted the rep, she had gotten sick, I’d hear from her later that day. Two days later still no communication, I call her and she had gotten in a car accident, two more days and am promised an email that evening. Tomorrow is three weeks with no email received. I called the office early last week and left a message and it was never returned. Called today was allowed to switch reps. When the new rep, Marcella, called she was incredibly unkind and made me feel like a burden for needing assistance, was annoyed I didn’t know I needed to call fair housing commission. My attempt to work with this agency made an already extremely stressful situation so much more worse. Would not recommend

I went to the TURN webinar and it was interesting. I had some questions that were answered. I was told that an email for the one on one tenant counseling would be sent after the webinar. It never was. I emailed TURN and received an invitation for the one on one the next day. There were absolutely NO days available. The only reason I went to the webinar was to be able to have a one on one with a counselor. I'm quite disgusted with everything.

They didn’t show up to my first zoom meeting with no response. Had to reschedule. The person on the call was not empathetic at all and didn’t give me any helpful info. Was told he would send me the notes from our call and never did. Was a total waste of time

Attempted to get in contact with a housing advisor for over a month while my landlord attempted to put me out unfairly. Did all the steps for the webinar and the form to fill out, contacted a representative after every week no one contacted me. The representative told me I was on an emergency contact list for a housing advisor to reach out within 24 hours, and its been 2 weeks since the second time I was told that after not hearing from them when I was told I would be contacted within a day, the week prior. It is a disappointment to the community to be so negligent towards tenants in need of the services TURN claims to provide.

Unfortunately, for I have to say that turn services not only suck but unprofessional and appears to be incompetent of how to assist a tenant such as myself I spoke with those unprofessionals several times via telephone as well as participated in their webinars so I can receive further assistance with an attorney and it was all bs from these clowns Mr. Noel and some other person I've spoken with I can't recall his name but this guy wasn't not only helpful but he couldn't even answer basic questions and I just remembered that the reason I couldn't recall his name because he did not announce his name when he took my call I recall Mr Noel's name because he did announce his name but he still wasn't helpful I left messages for the hotline to return my calls but these unprofessional clowns never
