This is from man who lost everything because of Texas Rio Grande unethical practices. Last year I lost my job and income due to a car accident. I reached out to these guys here for help. They said that they would and will hope on the case. They told me that they settled the matter and paid the owed rent and new agreement was reached with the landlord. Recently the landlord sued me for missed payments and a balance owed back to the last year case. Claiming a massive accumulation of late fees and he took me to court. I reached back to these guys here and they said that they can’t and won’t provide any services. It turned out that the money was actually issued but never reached landlord and I was just manipulated by these guys. Today I get a text out of nowhere asking how I was doing and they

I was refused without even having the opportunity to share exactly what I needed their help. There main focus is on deportation, anything related to those matters. Like the whole world stops due to these matters.

The work they have done for me has been nothing short of AMAZING! I will forever be grateful they have truly been the best team me and my kids could ask for!!! Thank you

These services Discriminates on color people I called for assistance do to mold infestation that me and my kids living in and have become very sick from inhaling mold they refuse to assist us but have assisted others in this same situation

As per their email response, “ Because our funding is limited, we only have a very small staff to provide services to a very large number of people who cannot afford the fees of a private lawyer. We are able to represent only a few of the many who come to us for help, but we try to provide some advice and guidance to all clients who apply for help.“ as I take it, if your case is not guaranteed to make them enough revenue then you are only entitled to advice regardless if you have standing or not. While they may be ‘only doing their jobs’ their jobs affect thousands of LIVES. If you are not emotionally capable of providing the necessary empathy for public service work, then you should not be a public service worker.
