Very inconsiderate of your time. I wouldn’t recommend this firm, as they take weeks to respond even after requesting additional information. It’s valuable time you could spend working with a firm that actually cares about you and your rights. They don’t even have the decency to return your calls when you request to speak with an attorney. Instead, they have random staff members call you back with no real information or updates.

Based on the negative reviews and no responses from the owners as to the lack of accountability. Beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business at all. Or simply don't care?

A TGH legal counsel agreed to take my case after she came back from her travel, so I waited for her comeback. When she returned, she did not respond to my contact, so I gave up her legal service.

I spent weeks dealing with a paralegal. She repeatedly asked for the same thing I had sent after she requested it. I actually started sending a screen shot to prove responses were not only completed but received a response they were received. I literally wasted 3 weeks and never spoke to Andy who I was referred to, only to be told they can't take my case at this time. I was told I would hear back from the attorney in a week. Only to learn from the paralegal she had been out. It was more than a week since everything was given to her, and she stated she had all she needed. It is not my problem if she was out, never turned in the information and spoke directly to an attorney (not Andy) and came back with there was nobody they could refer me to.
